Registration Guidelines

Online registration is closed.

All participants have to register via the Online Registration Form. Please read the instructions below carefully.

  • Registration deadline for participants on the programme is 14 May 2018.
  • Registration deadline for other participants is 28 August 2018.

Registration Fees 

  • EISA Member - 185 EUR
  • EISA Student Member - 120 EUR
  • Non-EISA Member - 325 EUR

Please make sure to renew your EISA membership before you make the registration to EISA PEC, in order to benefit from member registration fees once you login into the online registration application.

All fees are stated including VAT. 

Please make sure to pay your registration fee before the deadline applicable for the selected registration type. If your payment is not received in due time, the latter fee will be automatically applied. Unpaid or partially paid registration will not be considered as valid until fully paid. 

All registration deadlines are applicable considering the local time (CET/CEST)

* Participants are asked to reconfirm attendance of the social events included in the registration fee via the Online Registration Form.


The registration fee does not include participant’s insurance against accidents, sickness, cancellation, theft, property damage or loss. Participants are advised to take out adequate personal insurance.


Each participant will receive a registration overview and an email notification confirming the received payment and the amount outstanding after the completion of the Online Registration Form. 


All fees should be paid in EUR (€), free of all bank charges. The EISA PEC 18 Secretariat applies no charges for credit card payments and/or transfers. However, please confirm with your bank any possible charges from their side.

By Bank Transfer

Bank transfer payment needs to be identified by participant´s registration number and full name included in the payment details. 

Payment by bank transfer is possible until 14 August 2018. After this date, all payments can be done only by credit/debit card.

Online Payment by Credit/Debit Card

In case of rejected online credit/debit card payment the delegate is advised to log into the Online Registration Form and process the payment again. Should the trouble with the payment persist, the participant is asked to contact his/her credit/debit card issuer/bank first and check if online transactions are not disabled on the card. Afterwards, the registration can be processed again.

All online payments are processed via GP webpay secure connection. GP webpay conforms to international standards and it meets the strictest safety requirements of the MasterCard SecureCode and Verified by VISA standards as defined by the MasterCard and VISA card associations. Final invoice

The final invoice will be provided upon request only, the Secretariat will not send this document automatically. Please contact us to obtain your receipt. 

The final invoice will be issued based on the details provided while registering (step “Contact/Invoice details”). Any change of such details (address, VAT number etc.) is possible only within 3 days from the registering date and is subject to a 20 EUR fee.

Cancellation / Refund Policy

Cancellation of Registration:

  • Until 30 June 2018 – 50% refund of the registration fee
  • From 1 July 2018 – registration fee is non-refundable
  • The registration fees will however be refunded if the conference is cancelled by the EISA.

Cancellation of Other Bookable Items:

Until 12 August 2018 – 20 EUR administrative fee will be deducted from all refunds.
From 13 August 2018 – no refund can be processed.


Conference Secretariat does not offer a discount for Group Registrations. Any Groups that desire to make a single payment, by either Bank Transfer or Credit Card, should contact the Secretariat.

I agree to the collection, preservation and processing of personal data contained in this form, by the administrator, C-IN, Prague Congress Centre, 5. května 65, Prague 4, 140 21 (or its employees) for the purpose stated below.
This consent is granted for all of the information contained in this form, and throughout the five years from the date of consent. At the same time I am aware of their rights under § 12 and 21 of Act No. 101/2000 Coll. on the protection of personal data.
I am familiar with all completed parts of this form, and I declare that all information is accurate and truthful and is provided voluntarily.

Purpose of Processing Personal Data

In accordance with § 5 of Act No. 101/2000 Coll. on the protection of personal data, all information given on this form is collected and processed solely for purposes of processing registration and accommodation requirements for the EISA PEC 2018 and for sending related messages to the data subject via electronic means pursuant to Act No. 480/2004 Coll. Summarized data from this form may be used by the administrator for internal statistical purposes and for internal use of the administrator and in case membership application to the co-organizing bodies The European International Studies Association (EISA) and The Central and East European International Studies Association (CEEISA).

Statement by Administrator

Data administrator declares that they will collect personal data to the extent necessary to accomplish the intended purpose and may be processed only in accordance with the purpose for which they were collected. Employees of the administrator or other individuals who process personal data under contract with the administrator and other persons are obliged to maintain the confidentiality of personal data, even after termination of employment or work. 


The participant acknowledges that he/she has no right to lodge damage claims against the organisers should the holding of the event be hindered or prevented by unexpected political or economic events or generally by force majeure, or should there be non-appearance of speakers or other reasons necessitating programme changes. With registration, the participant accepts this proviso.

Governing Law

Any dispute resulting from the above terms and conditions will be subject to the Czech Republic law, and by accepting these terms you are submitting yourself to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Czech Republic.
